Somika strives to attain leading industry practice aligned with principles that ensure ethical business conduct, health and safety standards.

Using Housing as a springboard for community creation and social change – Somika has mobilized decent housing and infrastructure facilities.  Somika has also initiated and successfully completed projects for boring of regular water supply, infrastructure facilities, electricity supply and other facilities. Taking community service at a higher level, Somika supported the community’s efforts to enlist local and federal governments to create an environment where the community has access to quality education, healthcare and as well as opportunities for building skills in preparation of gainful employment.

Somika contributes to social causes by way of support to local schools, hospitals and old age homes in Lubumbashi, Likasi and Kolwezi.
